Jenna Ackerman hails from Eastern Pennsylvania, calling Wyoming her home since 2008. She began her restaurant career straight out of the gate waitressing her way through high school, college and subsequent wayward rock climbing years. With a degree in Business Management she decided to marry her talents and open the Middle Fork in 2012. In addition to being a committed and experimental home cook, Jenna’s culinary skills were brought up in the MF kitchen. She loves the day to day bustle and every facet of the restaurant operation.
