Jessica Bostick

Halle O’Neal is born and raised in Lander. Hal began waiting tables in high school at local restaurants where her love of food blossomed. She then moved to Boulder, CO to attend Culinary school. After working in downtown Denver and graduating school, Hal decided to move home and found employment at Middle Fork! She’s been loving MF, the patrons, and fry sauce since 2014 and plans on staying until the wheels fall off 🙂

Samuel Poitras 

Sam Poitras is a Lander native who grew up cooking in a variety of kitchens, and loves the pace and environment of restaurant life. He is an alumni of the University of Wyoming. Outside of the kitchen Poitras enjoys hiking, backpacking, and science fiction.
